SW8618 | 02 Feb 2024 IT Project Team Leader (Migration/Relocation Projects)
  • Lead IT projects throughout the whole implementation cycle, from gathering users' requirements to project planning, monitoring, and problem solving.
  • Analyze business requirements and control costs.
  • Perform vendor management and take responsibility for the entire system implementation, solution testing, training, and service documentation.
  • Create daily rollout progress reports, weekly summary reports, and monthly review reports for each customer review meeting.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good communication for people management, ensuring that the engineering team provides efficient and productive service and minimizes talent lost.
  • MUST have Project Management Certification (PMP, or equivalent).
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading Win OS migration/PC relocation projects.
  • Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • 5-day week
