IT Project Team Leader (Migration/Relocation Projects)
- Lead IT projects throughout the whole implementation cycle, from gathering users' requirements to project planning, monitoring, and problem solving.
- Analyze business requirements and control costs.
- Perform vendor management and take responsibility for the entire system implementation, solution testing, training, and service documentation.
- Create daily rollout progress reports, weekly summary reports, and monthly review reports for each customer review meeting.
- Maintain a positive attitude and good communication for people management, ensuring that the engineering team provides efficient and productive service and minimizes talent lost.
- MUST have Project Management Certification (PMP, or equivalent).
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading Win OS migration/PC relocation projects.
- Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- 5-day week
