SW8704 | 19 Sep 2024 Helpdesk Support Engineer (17-22K)
  • The primary responsibility is to conduct frontline support needs via telephone and email and give initial support to users.
  • Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned.
  • Fulfill all contract scope and ensure sure all overcharges have been arranged on-time.
  • Provide problem analysis/ fixing, answering hotlines and services request.
  • Provide day-to-day PC administration, Office365, Outlook and desktop services.
  • Diploma or above.
  • One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • 17-22K
  • 10-15 Days Annual Leave
