  • Provide operations and administrative support
  • Communicate and coordinatewith both external & internal parties for the procurement
  • Review order requests for accuracy/completeness
  • Track orders through delivery and providing on-going status
  • Provide work over-flow support
  • Update database in timely basis & generate order reports & generate inventory control report
  • Provide end-to-end delivery services as per customers’ processes and requirements
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year relative work experience is preferred
  • Work experience in procurement, inventory control or order processing is desirable
  • Excellent coordination and team-work skills
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written
  • Good Word/Excel/Powerpoint skill
  • Good command in Mandarin and English is an advantage
  • Attitude of customer service oriented and be helpful with passion of the work
