  • Provide Tier-1 IT support.
  • Assist external vendor or internal teams for IT support.
  • To handle PC, IT infrastructure support.
  • To coordinate site service requests.
  • With 1 year experience on PC support, hardware and software general knowledge.
  • Required on-call support or emergency call out after office hours or public holiday if needed.
  • OT may require for the works after office hours, overnight or public holiday if needed.
  • Working location : Tsuen Wan. (may work on other sites if needed).
  • Normally 5 days work per week (9:00am to 18:00, Mon to Fri) and day off on all public holidays.
