Junior Deskside Support Engineer (18-22K)
- Provide 1st level IT support to end users.
- Provide technical support for end users, addressing issues related to:
- PC/Notebook end user software.
- Windows 11 and O365.
- General end-user IT issues.
- Performs installations, moves, and changes related to deskside services for end users.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and escalate or report them to the line manager or supervisor as necessary.
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of IT support experience in end-user support.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users.
- Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Willing to work on shift duties.
