SW8953 | 30 Mar 2026 Automation Tester (Banking, 30-50K)
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks for Web UI, Mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs.
  • Implement continuous testing within CI pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and manage containerized environments (Docker).
  • Lead test planning, define automation approaches, and mentor engineers on QA best practices.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, performing deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to review requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Utilize tools like TestRail or Zephyr to track quality metrics and provide clear technical findings to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years in QA/Software Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in Web, Native Mobile (iOS/Android), and API testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to lead test planning, define automation approaches, and mentor engineers.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
  • Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or REST API tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and cloud device farms.
  • Experience with TestRail/Zephyr, Agile/Scrum, and performance or security testing.
  • 30-50K Depends on Experience
