System Support Engineer (Avaya, 18-25K)
- Voice: Hard phone install, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if needed.
- Network: 1st tier support and work with network support if needed.
- Server: Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines 1st tier support.
- System: Handle fault reporting, remote hand to work with vendor support or system support.
- Service Request: Handling user's service request eg. Apps implementation, testing.
- Monthly Tasks: Monthly average two overnights for patches install, reboot production and UAT servers.
- Supporting time: Client requested on-site at office hours and on-call support during non-office hours.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years in contact center system development and/or support and maintenance services.
- Hands on experience with at least two of the following applications:
- Avaya, NICE Engage, and Oracle Siebel
- Eager to learn new technologies, reliable, and flexible to work overtime when necessary.
- Proficient in communication in Chinese and English.
