SW5958 | 16 Apr 2026 Senior Deskside Support Engineer (22-28K)
  • Provide on-site / in-house Tier 1 and 2 technical support services (incident & request) for end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software related issues, including M365/O365, desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Android/IOS, Anti-Virus, VC support (MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, Tencent) etc.
  • Support users with network connectivity issues i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP output.
  • Diploma holder in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in technical support is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in desktop, networking (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN) and general PC applications (Window 11, O365/M365, Outlook); Mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android and Huawei.
  • Solid skills in problem solving via remote (phone, email and in person) and ticketing system management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
