IT Application Support / Production Support (Bank/ Finance, 30-50K)
- Deliver end-to-end production support across front- and back-office systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and business requests within SLA; lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management, release coordination, and project onboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with control processes.
- Manage and troubleshoot market data configuration requests and resolve related issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated system health checks, along with remediation workflows, to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Analyse business requirements and enhance existing application systems to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the change management team and solution vendors to track, escalate, and resolve incidents and recurring problems.
- Assist in system implementations, release deployments, and post-deployment health checks to ensure stability and performance.
- Foster a Growth Environment: Encourage creativity and fresh ideas, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in IT Application Support / Production Support; Banking/Finance experience preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Linux, Oracle, Windows Server, Control-M, and DevOps (Jenkins, Git, Docker).
- Experience with FIX (Bloomberg, TradeWeb), SWIFT (MT/MX), and RIMES preferred.
- Experience with investment management platforms is a plus.
- Experience in production system support preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- 30-50K Depends on Experience
- 10-20 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
