SW8958 | 20 Apr 2026 Technical Support Engineer (POS / Payment gateway, 22-28K)
  • Serve as the Technical Lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems.
  • Manage Level 2 support operations while ensuring strict SLA compliance.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical incidents.
  • Coordinate system integration and validate all technical changes.
  • Drive project planning, technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.
  • Manage proactive tasks including change scheduling, documentation, and disaster recovery drills.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to lead SIT/UAT and quality assurance.
  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in system support and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, POS solutions, and payment gateways.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, application architecture, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
