Scrum Master (Bank / Finance, 45-60K)
- Assist in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Lead the team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework.
- Coach the scrum team in self-management and cross functionality.
- Support project planning, tracking, reporting and risk management for digital initiatives.
- Ensure all scrum events take place and deliver as expected.
- Assist in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT security systems.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 1+ years of working experience in Scrum Master / Business Analyst or related fields.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Well versed in collecting user requirements, streamlining & defining processes and preparing documentations.
- Scrum Master certification holder is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
