Service Desk Specialist (20-23K)
- Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through omni-channel and log cases to a ticketing system.
- Account administration required.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve requests.
- Assist with any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 2 years of experience in IT support / Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS 365 / Office 365, Outlook and other Microsoft applications & account admin.
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
- Chinese and English typing (Chi & Eng: 30 wpm) is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
