  • Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through omni-channel and log cases to a ticketing system.
  • Account administration required.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve requests.
  • Assist with any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 2 years of experience in IT support / Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of Windows, MS 365 / Office 365, Outlook and other Microsoft applications & account admin.
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
  • Chinese and English typing (Chi & Eng: 30 wpm) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
