Project Manager (Java/ A.I, Banking & Finance, 65-80K)
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project life cycle from initiation to solution delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary bridge between business users and the technical development team.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with 24/7 operational requirements and security standards.
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and final solution handover.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to compliance and audit standards.
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in bank /Finance.
- Proven in Java development, DevOps, and cloud VM deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in cloud environments and AI knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in banking systems or payment flows is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- 65-80K Depends on Experience
- 10-20 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
