Customer Service & Service Desk Specialist
- Handle end-user enquiries through phone, email, Microsoft Teams and other communication channels.
- Provide first-line customer service and IT support to users.
- Log and update incidents or service requests in the ticketing system.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams.
- Support daily user requests related to devices, accounts, and standard IT applications.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely follow-up.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Good Chinese and English typing skills.
- Customer service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in phone-based support or hotline support is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, email, account administration, and general IT support.
- Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work on roster shift.
