SW8975 | 08 May 2026 AV Support Technician (16-20K)
  • Set up meeting room and upgrade PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Build workstations for new staff and handle equipment moves (IMACD).
  • Install Windows/macOS, manage Teams/Zoom and app updates.
  • Maintain and support end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals.
  • Manage core Microsoft workplace technologies, including M365/O365 platform (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1 year relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office M365, Active Directory, OneDrive, VPN, Teams, Zoom, and ITIL processes.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
