  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and governance to ensure alignment with banking industry standards.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Generate comprehensive status reports and analytical dashboards for stakeholder review.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor project risks and issues while implementing change management principles to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support business analysis and requirements gathering to streamline transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation and audit trails across all stages of the project.
  • University degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of the full project management lifecycle (PMLC), project governance, and change management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capacity to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable.
