Senior Business Analyst (Web/App Market Promotion)
- Lead business analysis for mobile and web development to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Gather requirements from a user perspective to design intuitive data and system flows for the development team.
- Implement promotional features and digital marketing tools into IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare technical briefings and documentation to facilitate management decision-making.
- University degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in app/web market promotion is highly preferred.
- Practical UX/UI experience in mobile and web development is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
