SW8989 | 19 May 2026 System Analyst (Cloud, Government, 50-70k)
  • Perform system analysis and design for on-going cloud-based system modules development, data interface, and data analytic platform to support evolving primary healthcare initiatives.
  • Liaise with users and stakeholders to gather, analyze and finalize requirement specifications.
  • Ensure quality assurance through the development lifecycle and define support needs for end users.
  • Provide expert-level application support and troubleshoot for production issues.
  • Supervise offshore development team and collaborate with internal IT teams to deliver comprehensive support across the complete product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in system analysis, design, and development of cloud native applications.
  • Strong experience in developing large-scale web application development on cloud platform using Springboot, NestJS/NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Experience in hybrid cloud application (e.g. AWS/Azure-to-Private cloud environments).
  • Hands-on experience in application deployment on RedHat Openshift.
  • Solid experience with build and deployment tools including Java (Artifactory and Maven), ReactJS (NPM).
  • Sound experience in Agile development is highly preferred.
  • Experience in developing system modules to support clinical workflows or related IT experience in healthcare industry is preferable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
