Deskside Support Engineer (18-22K)
- Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to end users.
- Resolve common IT problems, including connectivity issues, printer setup, peripheral devices, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist with meeting set up (Teams/Zoom/VooV), and equipment management.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of PC and mobile device services.
- Open service tickets, set priorities, and assign tasks to support engineers.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and inventory in the ticketing system.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant support role.
- Experience in supporting Windows, O365/M365, mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, MDM and common hardware/software components.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
