  • Lead the end-to-end evaluation process, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Design and implement a structured vendor evaluation framework, including comprehensive scoring methodologies and standardized assessment tools.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to align the evaluation framework with regulatory requirements, compliance mandates, banking industry practices, and international standards.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals against operational and technical requirements, focusing on GPU scalability, portability across hybrid deployment environments, IT security, and operational resilience.
  • Assess IT security, data privacy, and cyber resilience within vendor proposals—specifically vulnerability management, penetration testing approaches, incident response readiness, and supply-chain/third-party risks and recommend strategic mitigations.
  • Support vendor shortlisting and interviews and prepare and present a banking-grade vendor evaluation report summarizing assessment scores, key findings, identified risks, and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in enterprise infrastructure or solution architecture, with a focus on technology due diligence, vendor evaluation, and complex procurement.
  • Experience designing and implementing production-grade AI platforms, including GPU-based architectures, open-source frameworks, and hybrid/on-prem deployments.
  • Strong capability in IT risk, AI/ML security, and third-party/regulatory assessments; relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent English skills, with a proven ability to author banking-grade reports and present complex AI concepts to executive stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated sectors, with deep familiarity with banking regulatory standards is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPO) is preferred.
