SW8999 | 11 Jun 2026 Senior Deskside Support Engineer (22-26K)
  • Provide technical support (on-site and remote) for end user and office IT environment.
  • Resolve issues of desktop, laptop (Windows/ MacOS), hardware and software, and peripheral.
  • Manage user account through active directory.
  • Assist with conference/meeting room setup (Teams/Zoom) and AV support.
  • Maintain asset inventory and track equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal IT team or external vendor as required.
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant roles.
  • Experienced with O365/M365, Outlook, windows/MacOS, MDM, mobile devices, Active Directory, ticketing system (e,g, ServiceNow), Wi-Fi, TCP/IP.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
