Senior Deskside Support Engineer (22-26K)
- Provide technical support (on-site and remote) for end user and office IT environment.
- Resolve issues of desktop, laptop (Windows/ MacOS), hardware and software, and peripheral.
- Manage user account through active directory.
- Assist with conference/meeting room setup (Teams/Zoom) and AV support.
- Maintain asset inventory and track equipment.
- Coordinate with internal IT team or external vendor as required.
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in deskside, helpdesk or relevant roles.
- Experienced with O365/M365, Outlook, windows/MacOS, MDM, mobile devices, Active Directory, ticketing system (e,g, ServiceNow), Wi-Fi, TCP/IP.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
