Programmer (AI / Python / Java, Government, 20-25K)
- Design, develop, and implement web-based IT systems and innovative AI/LLM solutions.
- Manage end-to-end application and database setup, configuration, and daily operations.
- Build robust backend services utilizing Python, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs.
- Evaluate and integrate modern technologies, including Cloud infrastructure and Docker containerization.
- Document system designs, user specifications, and technical configurations.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Degree holder in in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in application platforms and languages including Java, Spring Boot, Python, React JS, and Node.js, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (HBase, Hive).
- At least 1 year of experience in Cloud platform application development using OpenShift and Docker.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning, computer vision, agent skills, and frameworks/libraries such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and PyTorch.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, server setup, and maintenance (server & platform management experience is a plus).
- Experience providing technical support to end-users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Self-initiated, self-motivated, eager to learn modern technologies, and able to work independently.
