IT Business Analyst (Government, Java, SQL, 30-35K)
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Identify and address team performance issues.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, security, and performance.
- Documentation on Functional specifications and technical specifications.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in IT Business Analyst, Application Support, Software Development,.
- Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other related frameworks for microservices development.
- Strong business knowledge and technical background.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
