Network Operations Supervisor (Government, BAU, CCNP, 50-70K)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core network infrastructures including AANET, WNET, INFA and related systems.
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex network incidents and operational issues.
- Lead technical support for TSL activities and arrange related drill exercises.
- Provide technical guidance and skills transfer to engineers on BAU operations, escalation handling, and change governance.
- Support capacity planning, performance analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Review and verify network configuration changes to ensure operational stability.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and contractual service requirements.
- Diploma of Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant network operations / engineering, with at least 2 years in supervisory, managerial, or project leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience in assessing, verifying, and validating network configuration changes to ensure operational stability.
- Strong understanding of BAU operations, escalation management, and change governance processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and optimization best practices, including AANET, WNET, INFA and related core networks.
- Solid experience in capacity planning, network performance analysis, and major incident troubleshooting.
- Holder of CCNP/CCIE, HCIP or related professional certification is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
