SW9013 | 09 Jul 2026 Windows Systems Specialist (Finance, Windows Monitoring, 40-55K)
  • Maintenance and upgrade large-scale Windows server, RDS Farm and monitoring system.
  • Perform system configuration changes, patching and enhancements.
  • Implement security policies using Windows Group Policy Object for OS hardening, user disk quota and RDS function lockdown.
  • Apply Center for Internet Security (CIS) Windows server benchmarks.
  • Resolve hardening induced operating issues.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 5 years’ IT related experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience in supporting Windows server.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds NPM, OpenText NNMi, PRTG).
  • Familiar with Ticketing systems (e.g. BMC Remedy, OpenText SMAX).
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and large-scale projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
