IT Administrator (IoT, 18-22K)
- Conduct physical inventories of IoT devices and related assets across various designated sites and facilities.
- Record and update asset information in the asset management system to maintain strict accuracy and traceability.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records by investigating and resolving any variances.
- Label and tag new assets using barcodes, QR codes, or RFID technology as required.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to schedule inventory audits and secure necessary site access.
- Prepare regular inventory status, discrepancy, and asset movement reports for the reporting manager.
- Support asset lifecycle management activities, including the receiving, issuing, transferring, and decommissioning of IoT equipment.
- Diploma or above in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, asset management, or warehouse operations; experience handling IoT or technical assets is a distinct advantage.
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
- Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (required for formal reporting and documentation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience using asset management or inventory tracking systems.
