Lunix Systems Specialist (Bank/Finance, 40-50K)
- Responsible for deployment, configuration, and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System.
- Technical hands-on position, reporting to infrastructure team supervisor.
- Maintenance, monitor and upgrade large-scale Lunix server.
- Adopt enterprise ITSM tools (such as BMC Remedy or OpenText SMAX) to log, track, update, and service tickets into systems.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in IT system support.
- Hands on experience in RHEL server support, including installation, configuration, OS hardening, OS patching and troubleshooting.
- Candidate with RHEL 8 Servers experience is an advantage.
- Holder of Red Hat Certified Engineer or LPIC Level 2 is preferred.
- Experienced in IT System Integration company is a plus.
- Familiar with using ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy, OpenText SMAX to facilitate ITIL Processes.
- Familiar with ITIL Processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.
- Proficient of written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
