IT Support Analyst (25-35K)
- Operations & Onsite Support:
- Execute onsite setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage pre- and post-event inventory, logistics, and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate infrastructure and equipment with vendors and internal teams.
- Application Support & Maintenance:
- Maintain ERS applications for stable, secure, and reliable performance.
- Monitor systems and resolve application, data, network, and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors on enhancements, maintenance, UAT, and rollout.
- Handle local and overseas user inquiries through to full resolution.
- Reporting, Data Validation & Documentation:
- Prepare operational, management, and ad-hoc reports.
- Validate data via checks, reconciliation, analytics, and verified attendance records.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in system support or application development, with hands-on exposure to networking and printer setup.
- Solid experience with MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of iPads, laptops, networking, Raspberry Pi, and printer configuration.
- Exposure to application development using AWS, Android, iOS, Node.js, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps practices, and Linux is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
