SW9035 | 17 Aug 2026 IT Technical Support (Government, 18-22K)
  • Provide Tier 1-1.5 on-site & remote support.
  • Perform system configuration, connection and security control.
  • Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance.
  • Contact & Consolidate system information from vendors.
  • Resolve O365/M365 related issues including Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
  • Prepare and produce stock take report and maintain system documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Diploma or above in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with PC/Mobile/iPad support.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Able to work independently, willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
