Crypt Oversight Analyst (Bank, Security, Pre & Post-change)
- Ensure changes are implemented according to established security procedures and pre-approved steps.
- Support pre-change activities and approve changes after appropriate verification.
- Support post-change activities and document identified risks/issues and recommended corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the cybersecurity department and various business units.
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, audit, regulatory, control environment or related fields, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles, global financial services business models, as well as regional compliance standards, relevant local regulations, and applicable laws.
- Experience in one or more of the following: (IT Development, IT Service Management, Change Management, Risk and attestations).
- Experience in using collaboration platforms like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding in one or more of the following preferable: (Encryption devices (HSM, software crypto and Standards), data at rest encryption, data in motion encryption, LINUX platform, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), network, database, mainframe, midrange).
- Familiarity with internal control mechanisms, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance frameworks is an advantage.
- Holder of CISA/CISM, CISSP, ITIL or relevant qualification are preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
