Senior QA Engineer (Insurance, 50-60K)
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring thorough testing coverage and alignment with business requirements.
- Apply a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to plan, execute, and adapt QA strategies effectively.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project teams in a regulated environment to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
- Leverage insurance industry experience to design and execute relevant test scenarios tailored to insurance products, workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering skill development and team growth.
- Oversee the testing lifecycle, identify and track defects, manage risks, and ensure high standards of software quality are delivered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of software QA testing experience.
- Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior QA team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
