  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to support solution design.
  • Support the design of solutions that closely align with business goals and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, design decisions, and delivery artifacts within the project repository.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, testing, business stakeholders, and project management teams to ensure solutions are built according to exact specifications.
  • Partner with the testing team to ensure test cases and scenarios accurately reflect business requirements.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes, assessing impacts on timelines, costs, and resources.
  • Drive the timely delivery of all solution components.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business stakeholders, IT, support functions, and external vendors.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or solution delivery within the financial services or banking sectors, with a proven background in asset servicing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end solution delivery lifecycles using waterfall or hybrid methodologies, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
  • Familiarity with project and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of structured business analysis techniques and SDLC processes.
  • Practical knowledge of third-party vendor management processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in reviewing technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
  • Fluent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
