Android Developer (MQTT, 22-27K)
- Design, develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement scalable, maintainable features within a modular Android architecture.
- Integrate applications with backend services using REST APIs and MQTT messaging.
- Participate in architectural design, code reviews and technical planning.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across application and integration layers.
- Maintain high code quality through automated testing and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Backend and DevOps teams throughout the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements and application performance, security and reliability.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial Android development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Solid practical experience in Android architecture patterns (MVVM).
- Experience in integrating REST APIs and MQTT messaging.
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in developing applications for hospitality, IoT or connected-device environments is an advantage.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
