SW9055 | 12 Oct 2026 Linux Systems Specialist (Finance, Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System)
  • Responsible for deployment, configuration, and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating System.
  • Maintenance, monitor and upgrade large-scale Linux servers.
  • Adopt enterprise ITSM tools (such as BMC Remedy or OpenText SMAX) to log, track, update, and service tickets into systems.
  • Technical hands-on position, reporting to infrastructure team supervisor.
  • Resolve any ad-hoc task as assigned.
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience of system/server support, including installation, configuration, OS hardening, OS patching and troubleshooting.
  • Holder of Red Hat Certified Engineer / LPIC Level 2 is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g. BMC Remedy, OpenText SMAX).
  • Familiar with ITIL processes (change / incident management) and large-scale projects is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
