Analyst Programmer / Programmer (Government, 30-50K)
- Led the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, and build the application and enhances the applications and systems for new features.
- Customize and extend existing source code provided by third-party vendors to align with specific business needs and operational requirements.
- Execute comprehensive testing strategies across all development stages to ensure system reliability.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in application development and deployment
- Solid hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, Node.js.
- Experience in any of these:
- SQL database development (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)
- Report generation tools (JasperReports, Crystal Reports)
- Manage in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
- Implement with OAuth2/OIDC authentication.
- Experience with mobile application development experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing outsourced vendor projects is advantage.
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence, .NET, TypeScript, and Open Liberty.
- High compressive strength with self-motivated skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
