SW9060 | 26 Oct 2026 Network Specialist (CCNP, 40-50K)
  • Oversee daily network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance service delivery.
  • Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure network performance, availability, and service quality.
  • Manage the lifecycle of on-premises infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, technology refreshment and decommissioning of network systems.
  • Enforce network security policies, firewall governance, and access controls.
  • Support compliance and regulatory audits by ensuring network documentation, controls, and processes meet required standards.
  • Lead multiple scale projects including network upgrades, office relocation, expansion and integration, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Work with operation teams/stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated network architecture across the organization.
  • Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on network & security management.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN) and network security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network infrastructure and equipment (FortiGate, Cisco, Palo Alto, Huawei).
  • Proficiency in security monitoring tools and security systems (SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, Trellix, Skyhigh Security).
  • Knowledge of AI automation, scripting, and network monitoring tools is an advantage.
  • Holders of CCNP and CCIE are highly preferred.
  • Certifications such as HCIP, HCIE, FortiGate, Palo Alto PCNSE, CISSP, CISA, ITIL are an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
