Data Specialist BI
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Create KPI visualizations and self-service analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain datasets, semantic models, measures, and calculations.
- Gather and document business reporting requirements.
- Perform data validation and resolve reporting data issues.
- Support UAT, deployment, and production reporting support.
- Prepare user training materials and reporting documentation.
- Drive reporting optimization and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI dashboard and report development.
- Solid command of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and relational/dimensional data modelling principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive worker, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
