SW9064 | 06 Nov 2026 Voice Engineer (Cisco CUCM)
  • Lead CUCM migration projects to Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, including planning, implementation, and cutover execution.
  • Provide consultancy support for call centre operations, including workflow design and service provisioning.
  • Configure and manage SIP trunks, Voice TBM, IDA, and related telephony services.
  • Troubleshoot complex voice issues across CUCM, SBC, carrier, and Teams layers (Tier 2/3 support).
  • Advise on number porting strategies, domain name registration, and DNS implementation.
  • Develop and maintain dial plans, numbering strategies, and call routing logic for multi-site environments.
  • Coordinate with telecom carriers for circuit delivery, SIP trunk provisioning, and number porting execution.
  • Deliver regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk log.
  • Document MOPs, runbooks, and post-migration operational procedures for support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., emergency calling, call recording).
  • Resolve any ad-hoc task if required.
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in voice/UC engineering, telecom provisioning, or call centre operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) versions 10x–14x. is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Operator Connect deployment, including operator onboarding, number porting, and policy configuration.
  • Familiar with SIP trunking, Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Cisco Call manager).
  • Familiar with Voice TBM, IDA, or similar telecom billing/mediation platforms; call centre platforms (UCCX, Cisco Contact Center, or similar) and call recording solutions.
  • Knowledge of number porting workflows, domain registration, and DNS implementation for (SRV, NAPTR, SIP domains).
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
