UI/UX Designer
- Work on graphic design and full UX/UI process for customer deliverables and in-house projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver the product that align with the business goals and user needs
- Design and deliver sketches, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes with responsive design in mind.
- Identify design problems and suggest solutions.
- Take a user-centric approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
- Diploma or above in Design / Web Design / Multimedia Design or related disciplines.
- At least 1 years working experience on web design or system user interface design
- Solid understanding of the importance of user-centred design and design thinking
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver, with knowledge in using coding language is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of UX design best practices, trends, UI patterns, mobile first and responsive design.
- Able to apply design thinking and create storyboard in presenting the design concepts
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Professional experience with market and user research, optimization, project management, usability studies and testing
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese
