Product Owner, Digital platforms
- Perform as the Product Owner for the company's anchor digital platform that delivers customer value across engagement, servicing, purchase for a variety of customer groups internally and externally
- Contribute to the company vision and roadmap of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation
- Shape the product features based on customer needs, stakeholder inputs, market trends and business/operational/delivery factors. Maintain and revisit product vision regularly to ensure customers will like and bond with the product and to galvanize the team working towards building and supporting the product is aligned on this vision
- Oversee all stages of product creation including design, development, maintenance, and improvement, ensuring that the product resonates and provides product appeal to the customers, and in turn, drive adoption and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation; considering factors such as delivering early value to customers, business/commercial value, quick-wins, operational dependencies and other elements which determine the product roadmap
- Take part in agile ceremonies as necessary to provide support, feedback and a shared vision to agile teams
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years or above working experiences in relevant areas
- At least 3 years as a Product Owner, preferably in a financial services/fintech environment; other industries are welcome
- Experienced in launching software or services in partnership with development team
- Possess a decent understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Highly literate in design thinking, prototyping, iterative development and understanding of agile framework. Ideally, you would already be a certified Product Owner
- Passionate and customer led mindset and keen to drive transformation success
- Ability to lead both internal and external stakeholders and project contributors from inception to delivery
- Effective communicator and evangelist with strong conflict resolutions skills
