  • Provide helpdesk support to users and troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software and system network
  • Provide first line technical support for IT issues or ad-hoc IT-related tasks during and beyond office hours
  • Facilitating the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems and related hardware/equipment, including UAT, supporting, troubleshooting and evaluation
  • Conduct tracking for resources and assets to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Procure & Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory
  • Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 0-2 years support experience in IT industry, Fresh Grad will also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
