SW8421 | 03 Jan 2023 Deskside Support Engineer (In-house)
  • Provide technical support to internal users.
  • Hardware & software troubleshoot such as desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, mobile device support, MobileIron, Goggle Apps, VC support (MS Team, WebEx, Zoom) & etc.
  • Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services.
  • HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Proactive attitude on problem-solving, with VIP service experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Video Conference (Polycom, Zoom, Teams) and AV supports.
  • Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
  • Good attitude, customer service, communication, and documentation skill.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
