Deskside Support Engineer (In-house)
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Hardware & software troubleshoot such as desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, mobile device support, MobileIron, Goggle Apps, VC support (MS Team, WebEx, Zoom) & etc.
- Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services.
- HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of IT support experience.
- Proactive attitude on problem-solving, with VIP service experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with Video Conference (Polycom, Zoom, Teams) and AV supports.
- Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
- Good attitude, customer service, communication, and documentation skill.
- Immediately available is preferred.
