Deskside Support Engineer (Bank) (18-21K)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
- Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
- Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
- Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
- Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
- Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
- 18-21K
- 10-15 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
