  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
  • Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
  • Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
  • Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
  • Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
  • Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
  • 18-21K
  • 10-15 Days Annual Leave
  • 5-day Work Week
