Technical Support Engineer (18-25K)
- Provide technical assistance for desktop software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Support end user devices, conference room AV equipment, and video conferencing systems.
- Conduct deskside services including setup, relocations, and equipment changes (IMACD).
- Provide first-tier support for physical servers, server farms, and virtual machines.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hard phones, including fault resolution and voice support integration.
- Manage user requests related to software and hardware deployment.
- Keep an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
- Document all support activities within the ticketing system.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience providing end-user IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge in configuring Windows operating systems, managing desktop environments, and supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, OneDrive, VPNs, Teams, Zoom, and ITIL best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve IT issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to end-user support.
- Eager to learn new technologies, reliable, and flexible to work overtime when necessary.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
