Deskside Support Engineer (18-23K, Lok Ma Chau)
- Provide first and second level technical support to internal users for desktops, laptops, Windows 10/11, Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint), and related applications.
- Deliver deskside and remote support, including installation, configuration, relocation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, mobile devices (iOS/Android smartphones & tablets), AV/conference room equipment, and video conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Troubleshoot a wide range of IT incidents and service requests, including network connectivity, VPN access, Office 365 authentication issues, software errors, and hardware failures in accordance with established procedures.
- Log, prioritize, track, and assign service tickets; follow up with end-users to ensure full resolution.
- Perform PC imaging/builds (via SCCM or manual), Windows upgrades, patch management, and system updates.
- Build and configure new PCs for onboarding employees and reconfigure equipment during office moves/relocations.
- Monitor, respond to, and remediate end-user computing security alerts.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware and software).
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Solid experience in supporting issues of Windows 10/11, O365/M365, MDM, Android, iOS and account administration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident, IANG / TTPS / QMAS Visa holders are welcome.
- Immediate available will be advanced.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
