  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
  • Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) to automate testing, security scanning, artifact management, and multi-environment deployments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and AI Specialists, to design and deploy innovative features integrated with machine learning algorithms.
  • Implement AI and Generative AI models into web platforms to drive enhanced user experiences and functionality.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs, proactively proposing system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in project planning to analyze requirements and provide precise development estimates.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding architecture, development processes, and coding standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in web development, with proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python).
  • Proven experience in integrating AI/Generative AI technologies into web applications, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
  • Proficient in AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Vector DBs (Milvus, Qdrant) and DevSecOps tools (Sonar, Nexus).
  • Skilled in Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
  • Experience in working in an international team, with solid grounding in financial service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and data driven thinking capabilities.
  • 30-50K Depends on Experience
