SW8862 | 10 Apr 2026 NOC Technical Officer (7x24 Shift, 18-23K)
  • Support the 7x24 operation team on log analysis, remote diagnosis and restoration works on established Services.
  • Responsible for the IT Helpdesk support such as incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Perform preliminary log analysis on security events and incidents.
  • Deliver technical support services and solutions on customer’s CPE equipment capacity, performance and utilization.
  • Handle customer enquiry on network security events and incident as well as performance of their CPE equipment issue.
  • Higher Diploma in electronics, computer engineering or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in IT support, server or network operations.
  • Knowledge in Basic networking (Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewall etc.)
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA are preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, dedicated and self-motivating.
  • Good communication and written skills in both Chinese and English.
  • 7 X 24 Shift Duty is required.
  • 5-day Work Week
  • 18-23K Depends on Experience
  • 10-20 Days Annual Leave
