SW8864 | 10 Apr 2026 Senior Deskside Support Engineer (22-28K)
  • Provide on-site technical support services (incident & request) for VIP users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software related issues, including M365/O365, desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Android/IOS, Anti-Virus, VC support (MS Team, Webex, Zoom) etc.
  • Support users with network connectivity issues i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, VPN, direct TCP/IP output.
  • Assist in resolving any ad-hoc tasks and urgent issues.
  • Diploma holder in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related work experience is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications (Window 11, M365); Mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android
  • Skills in problem solving via remote (phone, email and in person).
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • 22-28K Depends on Experience
  • 10-20 Days Annual Leave
  • 5-day Work Week
