  • Provide internal Desktop Support Services.
  • Hardware & Software troubleshoot such as Desktop/ Laptop (i.e. Windows OS platform & Apple Mac OS platform), MS Office, Anti-Virus, and Mobile device support.
  • Troubleshoot Network connectivity issue, i.e. Device configuration, IP Addressing, and direct TCP/IP output and Network printing.
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Professional Certificates Holder of Mac / MCSE is an advantage.
  • At least 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Good knowledge on Desktop and Networking support.
  • Hands on PC applications such as MS Office / Mobile device support such as Apple iPhone, iPad, Mac OS support skills.
  • Good attitude and hardworking with team player.
  • Good communication skill in English and Cantonese.
