IT Technician
- Provide onsite and remote support to internal user.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to Desktop.
- Participate in different ad-hoc assignments (such as relocation and migration projects).
- Handling Ticket System Management.
- Diploma or Certificate in IT or equivalent discipline.
- At least 1~2 years experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Solid troubleshooting and supporting experience.
- Basic in Server side and Network support experience.
- Mac OS support experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable to work in a team setting or independently.
- Good command in English and Cantonese.
